Natalie Phillips

Natalie Phillips, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Natalie is currently serving as the Area HR Director at Ohio Living since May 2023. Previously, Natalie held various positions at Paychex, including Human Resources Business Partner from April 2022 to May 2023 and Human Resources Generalist from August 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Aktion Associates, Inc. from May 2021 to August 2021. Natalie also has experience as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Shrader Tire and Oil from May 2018 to May 2021 and from June 2017 to May 2018, respectively. In addition, they were an Executive Assistant at Shrader Tire and Oil from October 2015 to December 2017, supporting the Controller/VP of Operations and Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, Natalie served as a Corporate Relations Specialist at the National MS Society from May 2014 to October 2015, planning and executing events and securing sponsorships. Natalie Phillips, SHRM-CP, received their Bachelor's Degree from The University of Toledo in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Marketing and Sales from Owens Community College, where they attended from 1997 to 2000. In 1994, Natalie attended Bowling Green State University, although the degree and field of study are not specified.

Additionally, Natalie obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2022.
