Ben Horner

Ben Horner is HR Director for Boots UK & ROI.

He oversees the HR function across the UK and Ireland, which provides information and support to more than 50,000 team members.

Ben has been with Boots for more than 16 years, previously working as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, where he was responsible for various corporate and commercial transactions and managed a team of specialist lawyers.

He is also Executive Sponsor of Boots UK’s charitable partnership with The Prince’s Trust, Executive Sponsor of the Walgreens Boots Alliance’s disAbility Alliance business resource group in the UK, and a member of the Employment & Skills Leadership Team.
