Teresa Heitbrink-Ireland has over 25 years of experience in the senior living industry. Teresa currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Ohio Living since July 2020. Previously, they worked at Otterbein SeniorLife for six years, where they held the positions of Director of Marketing and Independent Living Lifestyle Sales Counselor. Teresa also has experience at PSA 3 Agency on Aging as a Provider Relations Director and at Peregrine Health Care Services as an Executive Director. Teresa served as the National Training Coordinator & Operations Specialist at Assisted Living Concepts and as an Executive Director at Aegis. Teresa began their career at Assisted Living Concepts as a Program Director and later became a Team Leader and Regional Director of Operations.

Teresa Heitbrink-Ireland's education history includes studying Social Work at The Ohio State University at Lima and Wright State University. Teresa did not obtain any specific degrees from these institutions, but focused their studies in the field of Social Work.
