Melanie Tennant

Melanie Tennant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and related fields. Currently serving as Human Resources Director/Payroll at Legacy Health Services since April 2023, Melanie also holds the position of Warrant Officer with the Ohio Military Reserve since August 2020. In addition, Melanie has been a Realtor with Home Experts Realty since January 2015, specializing in military relocations. Before these roles, Melanie was the Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare Beavercreek from November 1997 to June 2023, managing onboarding, employee relations, and training. Earlier experience includes working as a Graduate/Administrative Assistant at West Virginia University, where responsibilities involved payroll and budget preparation, and a Production Manager position at Kinko's, focusing on staff management and quality control. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Alderson Broaddus University.
