Lucas Steiner has a diverse range of work experience in the field of digital media and communications. Lucas most recently held the position of Senior Director of Digital Strategy & In-Venue Videoboard Productions - Athletics at Ohio University, where they had previously served as a Director of Video Services and a Graduate Assistant for Content/Digital Strategy. Additionally, Lucas has worked as a Digital/Social Media Consultant and Freelance Content Creator at Golf Space Collective. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Ohio University, including Special Projects Graduate Assistant, Multimedia and ESPN Production Assistant - Athletics, and Digital Media Specialist and On-Air Talent - Athletics. Lucas has also worked as a Social Media Coordinator and Student Ambassador at Scripps College of Communication, a Sports Radio Host and Producer at WOUB Public Media, a Production Assistant, On-Air Talent, and Operations staff member at WATH/WXTQ Radio, and a Director of Multimedia and Broadcasting, Assistant GM, and Assistant Director of Baseball Operations at the West Virginia Miners Baseball Club. Lucas gained further experience as a Media Intern, Director of Media and Broadcasting, and Assistant Director of Gameday Operations at the Danville Dans, as well as a Production Assistant/On-Air Talent at Neuhoff Communications. Throughout their various positions, Lucas has demonstrated their expertise in digital strategy, video production, content creation, social media management, and broadcast journalism.

Lucas Steiner earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in News & Information Journalism from Ohio University, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Lucas then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are attending Ohio University once again, working towards a Master of Sports Administration (MSA) degree, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
