Victoria Lee

Victoria Lee is an accomplished Associate Professor of History at Ohio University, recognized for outstanding contributions to the humanities, including winning the 2023 International Convention of Asia Scholars Book Prize and the 2024-25 Emerging Presidential Research Scholar Award. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor of History, where Victoria received the 2019 Zhu Kezhen Junior Award and the 2021 Arts & Sciences Outstanding Faculty Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity Award. Additional roles include Visiting Scholar at Academia Sinica, Research Fellow at IEA de Paris, Postdoctoral Fellow at Max Planck Institute for the History of Science, and various teaching positions, culminating in a Ph.D. from Princeton University, complemented by degrees from Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge.
