Emily Paetz

Emily Paetz has a diverse work experience in student affairs and residential life. Emily currently holds the role of Director of Student Integrity and Community Standards at Ohio Wesleyan University, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Residential Life at Ohio Wesleyan University from September 2021 to November 2022. Emily also held the position of Assistant Director of Residential Life from October 2019 to September 2021 and worked as a Residential Life Coordinator from July 2018 to October 2019 at the same institution. Prior to joining Ohio Wesleyan University, Emily worked as a Student Conduct Intern at Virginia Tech from September 2017 to June 2018 and served as a Graduate Assistant for Leadership Learning from August 2016 to May 2018. Emily also gained experience as a Housing and Residence Life Intern at La Roche University from May 2017 to July 2017.

Emily Paetz completed their Master of Education (MEd) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Virginia Tech from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Development and Family Studies, General from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they hold a Lean Yellow Belt certification, although details regarding its institution and the year of attainment are unspecified.
