Garrett Yau

Garrett Yau is an accomplished professional in the field of total rewards and compensation, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at OhioHealth since November 2021. In this role, Garrett leads the development and execution of strategies to attract and retain talent while advancing compensation programs focused on transparency and equity. Prior experience includes serving as Principal and Senior Consultant at SullivanCotter, where Garrett facilitated executive compensation studies and workforce total rewards strategies for non-profit organizations.
