Alex Oh

Alex Oh is a co-founder of Ohlay, a culture consultancy established in May 2019, focused on fostering meaningful workplace connections and engagement. Prior experience includes serving as a speaker and facilitator for The Tiyya Foundation from January 2021 to June 2022 and as a board member at Grid110 from January 2017 to March 2019, where the organization supported community development and entrepreneurship in Los Angeles. Alex has a background as a professional golfer from January 2012 to February 2016. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies and Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, an Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
