David Cooper

David Cooper has held various positions in the finance industry since 1998. David began their career at PowerBar, Inc. as the CFO, where they helped lead the company through rapid growth. In 2000, they became the CFO of AvantGo and led the company's IPO, raising $76M. From 2003 to 2005, they were the CFO of QRS, where they worked with the CEO to evaluate strategic alternatives and address declining prices. David then joined Agilent Technologies as the Chief Accounting Officer, SVP Finance & Treasurer, partnering with the CFO to re-position the company as a measurement business. In 2006, they were hired as the CFO of Art.com, where they led the company through an IPO process. From 2009 to 2012, they were the COO & CFO of Satmetrix Systems, Inc., where they shifted the business focus from heavy consulting to a pure SaaS model. David then joined Premier Nutrition Corporation as the CFO and grew revenue 3x to $200M. From 2015 to 2019, they were the CFO of Tile, where they built a finance and operations team to support international expansion. Most recently, they were the CFO of Ripple Foods, where they partnered with the CEO and Leadership Team to double sales and raised $115M of venture capital. David is currently the Chief Financial Officer of OhmConnect, where they help hundreds of thousands of customers manage their at-home electricity and rewards them for smarter energy use.

David Cooper received their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 1982, with a focus in Finance and Honors. David obtained their BA from Yale University in 1978, majoring in Economics.
