Pallavi Senapati

Pallavi Senapati is currently serving as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Ohmium since July 2023, having previously held the position of Company Secretary and Associate Counsel. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co from March 2020 to July 2023, and as an Associate at Kochhar & Co from August 2019 to February 2020. Earlier roles include a Consultant position at EY from August 2015 to October 2018, where involvement in the Risk Transformation Team focused on Legal Compliance Management, and multiple internships at Fox Mandal Little, The Corporate Law Group, and axon partners llp. Pallavi holds a BBAL LLB degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from UPES (2010-2015) and is currently pursuing professional education at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
