Bianca Vieira has worked in three different companies, beginning with oico (YC S20) in 2020 as an Analista de Customer Success/Operações. In 2019, they worked at Xerpa as an Analista de Pré-Vendas - BDR, responsible for generating new business opportunities through research and qualification. Bianca also identified feedback and passed it internally for product improvement. In 2018, they were an Assistente de Pesquisa SDR Pleno at SM Services, prospecting and qualifying outbound opportunities for the Sales team, creating the necessary engagement and explaining the solution clearly.
