Henna Savolainen

Henna Savolainen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Henna is currently employed at Oikocredit as a Renewable Energy Investment Officer. Prior to this, they worked at ASN Bank as an Account Manager Sustainable Project Finance, where they successfully structured and executed over EUR 150 million worth of investments in various impact investment funds and sustainable projects.

Before their stint at ASN Bank, Henna worked at Kids' Choice Coaching as a Coach and Trainer from 2018 to 2020. Henna'sprior experience includes working as a Kinder Coach at Olympiaschool in 2016-2017 and as a Director, Corporate Clients/Transaction Services Sales at ING Nederland from 2014 to 2015.

Henna had an extensive tenure at ING, where they held various positions. Henna served as a VP, Corporate Credit Risk Management from 2010 to 2014, overseeing credit restructurings, monitoring risk costs, and providing credit risk advice. Before that, they worked as a Senior Transaction Manager, Structured Finance from 2004 to 2010 and as an Account Manager, Corporate Clients from 2000 to 2004.

Henna's early career saw their working as a System Administrator at Unisys from 1999 to 2000 and as a Management Trainee at the Oberoi Imperial Hotel from 1996 to 1997. Henna'swide-ranging experience showcases their expertise in finance, risk management, project management, coaching, and renewable energy investments.

Henna Savolainen has a diverse education history. Henna first attended Mercuria Business School from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. In 1992 to 1993, they also completed a One-Year Intensive Course in Music Therapy at The New School, receiving a Certificate.

Later, in 2012 to 2013, Henna pursued a Basisopleiding tot professioneel mediator (Basic Training for Professional Mediators) at Het Centrum voor Conflicthantering. Then, they attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1998, obtaining another Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Economics.

Furthermore, Henna expanded their knowledge in coaching by earning their second Bachelor's Degree from Atma Instituut between 2015 and 2017, focusing on Coaching. Additionally, they completed a Korte Beroepsopleiding (Short Vocational Training Course) in SensiKids Opvoed Coach & Trainer (SensiKids Parenting Coach & Trainer) from SensiKids, Stichting Wijze Ouders in 2016, specializing in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.

Finally, Henna obtained a certification in Music Notes Training, pedagogical, didactic, and musical skills in community music leadership from Musicians without Borders in January 2018.
