Yasmina Cisse -Traoré

Yasmina Cisse-Traoré's work experience is as follows:

- Yasmina is currently a Fellow at the African Private Equity Fellowship, where they are participating in an executive program to develop their career in private equity and venture capital in Africa.

- Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Investment Officer at Oikocredit, where they were responsible for initiating and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Yasmina conducted research and due diligence on investment opportunities in the financial services and renewable energy sectors in West Africa.

- Yasmina also has experience as a Managing Partner at Themiya and as a Lead Projects Finance at OJAFRIK INVESTMENTS, where they focused on addressing funding gaps in the agribusiness and SMEs funding ecosystem.

- Before that, they worked at Guaranty Trust Bank Côte d'Ivoire, initially as a Senior Settlement Officer and later as a Senior Relationship Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for managing customer transactions, treating loan requests, providing advisory services, managing a portfolio of customers, and overseeing a team of five members. Yasmina also participated in the mobilization of funds and contributed to the development of businesses through finance management advice.

Yasmina Cisse-Traoré pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from George Mason University, which they completed between 2014 and 2017. In 2019, they enrolled at emlyon business school, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. Yasmina'seducation at emlyon business school concluded in 2020.
