Laura Kajita

Laura Kajita, MBA has extensive experience in various technical and managerial roles. Laura worked at Oil-Dri Corporation of America from 2004 to 2018, where they served as a Technical Services Manager and later as a Process Development Manager. In these roles, Laura managed teams and projects, supported sales and manufacturing divisions, and conducted process studies and troubleshooting. Laura also collaborated with consultants, customers, and cross-functional teams. Prior to that, Laura worked at Infinity Concepts, Inc. as a Consultant-Owner, providing technical consulting for manufacturing processes and waste water treatment companies. Laura revamped client's processes to increase product gain and improved product performance. Laura also worked at CIBA Vision and CETCO, where they held roles as a Process Chemist and Research Scientist, respectively. In these positions, they worked on project teams, increased production yield, resolved quality issues, and conducted new product development research. Laura is skilled in market assessment, project management, and team coordination.

Laura Kajita, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences at the University of Illinois At Chicago. Laura then went on to obtain their MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Business Management, earning their degree between 2008 and 2011.
