Andy Nicoll

Andy Nicoll has extensive work experience in the field of oil spill preparedness and response. Andy began their career in 1989 at Oil Spill Response Ltd, where they served as a Response Specialist and Training Officer until 1994. Andy then worked at the Maritime and Coastguard Agency as a Counter Pollution Officer and mariner from 2000 to 2002. Nicoll returned to Oil Spill Response Ltd in 2002 and held various positions, including Senior Oil Spill Preparedness & Response Advisor and Principal Preparedness & Response Authority. In 2010, they briefly worked as an Oil Spill Response In-country Manager at Deepwater Horizon Response. From 2018 to 2020, they served as an Oil Spill Group Manager at IPIECA. Nicoll has a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of oil spill response.
