Florina Dcosta

Florina Dcosta has been working in the field since 2018. Florina began their career at Merit as an Entry Level Web Researcher and Research Analyst. In their role as Research Analyst, they were responsible for building and validating contacts, identifying and merging of similar contacts to avoid duplicates, and collecting project conversion data to provide feedback and update to the Team Lead. In 2022, they moved to OJCommerce as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Florina Dcosta has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Stella Maris College, which they obtained between 2015 and 2018 with a major in Business/Commerce, General. Florina then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Madras, which they completed in 2021 with a major in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
