Lauren Kim

Lauren Kim's work experience includes various roles in human resources. Lauren began their career in 2017 at Rishworth Aviation, where they provided recruitment support and built relationships with key clients. In 2019, they joined Tāmaki Health as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting a large healthcare provider with recruitment, HR administration, and onboarding. In 2020, they joined Frucor Suntory as a People Excellence Coordinator. Most recently, they worked at McDonald's as a Human Resources Advisor. Currently, they are a Business Analyst in HR at Oji Fibre Solutions.

Lauren Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Employment Relations Studies from The University of Auckland.
