Carlo B.

Carlo B. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Carlo began their career at Bank of the Philippine Islands as an Assistant Manager-Sales Officer. Carlo then moved on to roles in executive search and talent acquisition, working at companies like Webbe International, Korn/Ferry International, Allegis Global Solutions, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. At Allegis Global Solutions, they served as a Senior Client Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Team Lead. Carlo also worked as a Regional Talent Acquisition Consultant at Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Carlo B. later joined Western Union as a Regional Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in APAC, AROC, MEAI, EE & CIS regions. Carlo then transitioned to Okada Manila, where they held multiple positions including Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Manager in Corporate Relations and Project Management, and most recently, Assistant Director - Destination Marketing & Partnership | Strategic Marketing & Business Planning. Carlo briefly worked as the Head of Human Resources Operations at ConvrtX before taking on their current role at Okada Manila. Carlo B. has an extensive education history. Carlo began their educational journey at San Beda College from 2000 to 2004, where they completed their high school education. Following that, Carlo enrolled at the University of Asia and the Pacific, where they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Economics from 2004 to 2008. After obtaining their Bachelor's degree, they continued their education at the same university, specializing in Industrial Economics, and received a Master's degree in Science from 2008 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Carlo B. has also obtained a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in December 2015.
