Wasim Akram

Alliance Manager at Okadoc

Wasim Akram has held multiple roles in the IT industry since 2009. Wasim began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Nacons Builders in India, followed by a role as a Software Developer at IDMSys Technologies in 2012. In 2013, they moved to MIMSYS as a Team Lead, and then to Unisis Solutions in 2017 as a Project Manager for KSA & Bahrain. Most recently, they have been an Alliance Manager at Okadoc since 2020.

Wasim Akram's education history is as follows: Wasim attended Seventh Day Adventist High School from 1994 to 2005, where they completed General Studies and SSLC. Wasim then attended Baldwin Methodist College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. From 2007 to 2012, they attended Visvesvaraya Technological University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Science. Finally, they attended Sikkim Manipal University from 2014 to 2016, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems (MIS). In addition, Wasim Akram has obtained four certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, Professional Certificate in Health Informatics on FHIR from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and Professional Certificate in IT Project Management from the University of Washington.
