Divya Parmar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication, training, design, and editorial management. Currently serving as Senior Manager Communication & Training at OKAYA Inc since December 2017, Divya previously held the position of Associate Vice President at Genpact for a brief period in 2017. Divya's diverse career includes roles such as Senior Design Consultant at Parragon, where responsibilities included leading a team in creating various types of books, and working as a Consultant focusing on instructional design at Three Sixty Degree Resources. With expertise in design consultancy demonstrated at firms like Red Antares and Tata Elxsi, Divya has also served as Program Director at La Marca Advisory Singapore Pte Ltd, facilitating international coffee trade and training.
