Richard Losurdo is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Lieutenant at the Oklahoma Highway Patrol since March 1998. Responsibilities include curriculum development, continuing education, and supervision of Troop A Troopers. Richard has also held roles such as Academy Staff and Background Investigations Coordinator, while maintaining proficiency as a Law Enforcement Driving Instructor and Accident Reconstruction expert. In addition to law enforcement, Richard has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor of criminal justice at both Rose State College and Hilbert College. Military service includes a 21-year tenure in the US Air Force Reserve and the Oklahoma Air National Guard, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant. Richard holds a Master of Arts in Homeland Security and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and has completed several specialized training programs.
