Tiffany Rice

Tiffany Rice has extensive experience in emergency communications and dispatch roles, most recently serving as an Emergency Communications Officer with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol from October 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included managing 9-11 emergency calls and deploying public safety personnel under high-pressure conditions. Prior experience includes positions as a Tribal Transit Dispatcher with the Choctaw Nation Health Authority, and Dispatch Supervisor/TAC with the Chickasaw Nation Lighthorse Police Department, where Tiffany led and managed dispatch operations and personnel. Tiffany's earlier roles include Public Safety Dispatcher for a Tribal Police Department and 911 Dispatcher/Jailer for the Coal County Sheriff's Office, highlighting a solid background in public safety and emergency response. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Argosy University, along with additional training at Kiamichi Technology Center.
