Frank Oberlin is the EVP, Chief Credit Officer at Oklahoma State Bank. Frank was previously the CEO / President at Critical Path MetalWorks, Inc. from January 2011 to December 2019. There, they provided executive and operational leadership for a multi-disciplined custom steel, aluminum and stainless fabricator specializing in water and wastewater treatment plants and structural steel for commercial projects. This included leading a team of 18 direct reports while maintaining full P&L responsibility.

Under Frank's leadership, a lean manufacturing program was instituted that cut cost of goods sold by 7%, shop supplies by 22%, overhead by 11% and improved production through-put by 50%. Frank also directed all aspects of the business including but not limited to: bidding, estimating, sales, vendor and project management and contract negotiations. Frank led and grew the business from $780K in revenue at acquisition in 2011 to $4M in gross revenue with a 72% compound annual growth rate. Proceduralizing the entire process from A to Z, they brought order and predictability to both the revenue stream and expense cost control. Finally, they implemented a company-wide safety and safety training and monitoring program that dropped the work comp modifier to .70.

Frank Oberlin has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. Frank is certified as a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
