Kelsey Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career as a Social Work Intern at Norman High School, where they played a crucial role in the development of Independent Living Services for Youth (ILSY), gaining recognition and financial support for the program. They then worked as a Medical Social Worker at Arkansas Children's Hospital and later at Crossroads Hospice.

In 2005, Kelsey transitioned into sales as a District Sales Manager for CBK Styles, where they managed over 200 accounts and excelled in cold calling. Following this role, they explored their passion for creative arts and launched their own custom painting and interior design business called Bungalow No. 9. During this time, Kelsey painted over 300 custom projects and gained a reputation for high-quality work both locally and nationally.

In 2010, Kelsey joined Bragbook Magazine as a Fashion Stylist, photoshoot coordinator, editor, author, and model. They played an instrumental role in establishing the publication and selecting models for photo shoots. Later, in 2017, Kelsey became the Executive Director of The Saville Center for Child Advocacy, overseeing all programs and grant administration. They achieved significant growth in grant funding and increased fundraising by 93% within five years.

Kelsey's most recent role is as the Associate Director of Development for the College of Education and Human Sciences at the Oklahoma State University Foundation, beginning in 2022. With their diverse background and experience in leadership, sales, creative arts, and social work, Kelsey brings a valuable skill set to their current role.

Kelsey Proctor has a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work, which was obtained from the University of Oklahoma between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, Kelsey Proctor completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology at Oklahoma State University from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Kelsey Proctor has obtained two certifications: the Standards of Excellence Certification and Non-Profit Management Certification from the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits in March 2021 and July 2017, respectively.
