Sonny Parmar

Sonny Parmar is an experienced technology and business operations leader currently serving as the VP of Strategy & Planning for Technology, Data & Intelligence at Okta since October 2025. Prior to this role, Sonny held multiple positions at Atlassian from October 2019 to September 2025, including Head of SaaS & Workplace Technology Solutions and Head of IT, Strategy & Business Operations, as well as serving as Sr Manager of IT Strategy & Planning. Sonny began a career at Cisco, where significant contributions were made as an IT Manager from April 2000 until October 2019. Sonny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from San José State University.
