Franck PERRET has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Franck started their career as a Software Development Engineer at THALES COMMUNICATIONS & SECURITY SA in 1996. Franck then joined Safran in 2000 as a Project Development Manager. In 2002, they moved to OKTAL, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Defense Department Manager, Aeronautic Department Manager, Program Director, and Customer Service Director. In 2018, they joined Oktal Sydac as the Operation & Customer Service Director.

Franck PERRET completed their Master's degree in industrial project management, software development, and engineering from CFA-ETGL during the years 1994 to 1996. Franck also received training as a Designer in architecture of computer and software design from ENSEEIHT for the year 1992 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, and Automatism from the University of Clermont-Ferrand II - Blaise Pascal in 1991 to 1992. Franck has also obtained a Program Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2020.
