Luis Parcus has a diverse range of work experience, starting from their role as a call center attendant at Aec, where they developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Luis then moved on to become a sales leader at Master Brasil | Contact Center, where they successfully led a team of sales representatives and focused on improving productivity and employee satisfaction.

Following that, Luis worked as a sales supervisor at Plansul Consultoria em Seguros Saúde, where they managed a team of sales representatives and ensured that monthly goals were met. Luis collaborated closely with the team, provided training, and aligned procedures to deliver excellent service to clients.

Currently, Luis holds the position of Customer Support Supervisor at OKTO, where they were responsible for establishing and developing the customer service network from scratch, training a team of six agents, and ensuring high-quality and effective customer interactions across multiple channels.

Luis Parcus pursued their education chronologically starting from 2012 to 2016, where they attended Faculdades Kennedy and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Mining. Following this, they opted for further studies and from 2021 to 2023, attended PUC Minas, completing a specialization in Project Management. Lastly, in 2023 to 2024, Luis enrolled in Estácio and pursued an Executive MBA specializing in Business Intelligence.
