Gustavo Schmitz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gustavo most recently worked at Olala Homes as the Global Head of Customer Experience, where they were responsible for restructuring the Customer Service department and developing processes to achieve business goals. Gustavo also implemented automation systems and created incentive plans to improve guest satisfaction. Prior to that, Gustavo worked at Airbnb as a Senior Business Analyst. Gustavo also had their own social media consultancy and worked in various positions at RIOT, including Chief Operating Officer and Customer Service. Gustavo also gained experience as a Marketing intern at Monsanto and as a project manager at Jr. FAAP.
