Morvan Le Boulanger

Morvan Le Boulanger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Morvan currently holds the position of Head of ESG and Sustainability at Olala Homes, where they are responsible for developing sustainable policies, implementing KPIs, and streamlining business processes. Prior to this, Morvan served as the Operations and Sustainability Development Manager at the same company, where they focused on designing sustainable policies and implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Before their position at Olala Homes, Morvan worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Sitel, overseeing multiple international projects and leading teams to meet financial and operational targets. Morvan also implemented retention packages and initiatives to improve employee engagement.

Morvan has also held Operations Manager and Team Leader positions at CPM International, where they were responsible for managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency. Morvan gained experience in team leadership and customer service roles at American Express, CSC, SELLBYTEL Group, and Monster Worldwide. Additionally, Morvan has worked in project management roles in the tourism industry at South Bohemian board and Soomaa National Park.

Morvan Le Boulanger holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Development - Tourism from Le Mans Université, which was obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Geography from Université de Bretagne Occidentale, which they pursued from 2001 to 2004.
