Eduardo Freitas

Eduardo Freitas has extensive experience in trade and structured finance, holding various senior roles at Olam, Macquarie Group, Cargill Inc., and FIDUC do BRASIL. Eduardo served as the SVP - Regional Head Americas & Global Head Distribution, Trade Structured Finance at Olam and as the Managing Director at Macquarie Group. At Cargill Inc., they held positions as Vice President and Managing Director, where they initiated customer and corporate origination activities and developed a private label program for leasing. Eduardo also worked as the Brazil Desk Manager and Vice President, focusing on bank funding and risk distribution. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at FIDUC do BRASIL, responsible for local office operations and telecommunications division. Eduardo began their career as a Management Trainee at Fiduc Finance and Trading Corporation - FFTC London.

Eduardo Freitas earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a Major in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 1983 to 1986. Eduardo also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university during the same time period.
