Pedros Santos

Pedros Santos has varied work experience in different roles and industries. Pedros started their career as an intern at Fibria and later at ArcelorMittal. Pedros then worked as a Management Consultant at PRODAP before moving on to be a Strategic Management Analyst at TAM. Pedros then took on the role of Senior Manager of Finance and Supply Chain at AC Café S.A. | Pátria Investments for several years. Pedros'smost recent position is as a Finance Director at Olam.

Pedros Santos holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidade Federal de Viçosa, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Pedros later pursued a Specialization in Business Management—Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral, completing their studies in 2011 to 2012. In 2014, they attended Harvard Business School for an Executive Education program in Finance for Senior Executives. Subsequently, they pursued an Executive Education program in Supply Chain Strategy and Management at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2016. Lastly, from 2015 to 2017, they earned a Master's degree in Strategic Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
