Sivamoorthy Nadahagan

Sivamoorthy Nadahagan is a production specialist with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management across various industries. Currently serving as a Production Specialist/Production Engineering Technician at Olam since January 2024, responsibilities include maintaining asset intensity in pouch and powder packaging lines while ensuring compliance with safety and good manufacturing practices. Previously, as a Shift Team Leader at Knauf Insulation APAC from January 2020 to October 2023, Sivamoorthy led factory automation efforts and quality improvement initiatives. Earlier roles include Production Supervisor at ALFAGOMMA Group and Flex, overseeing production teams and processes to achieve efficiency and quality targets, as well as managing personnel at Seagate Technology. Sivamoorthy holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from London Management Qualifications, completed in June 2023.
