About the Role: 

As a key member of the marketing team, the Global Integrated Marketing Coordinator will play a role in elevating our brand via strong content-first strategies, campaigns and brand activations for OLAPLEX. To do so, you must possess robust problem solving & creative skills, rooted by insights and analytics. You must have experience in or with beauty or digital-first brands to build strong partnerships through collaboration. You must be an organized and rigorous project manager. All of this, to connect with our consumers in a unique and meaningful way.

You will support a cross functional team that launches OLAPLEX's newest and exciting technology and grow existing technology. You will assist in developing the go-to-market strategy, working with the Innovation/Product Development, Creative and Regional Marketing teams to drive the wider business. 

Responsibilities

  • Planning 
    • Support the GTM process in collaboration with the cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including launch strategy, launch timelines & key milestones, in-market and post-launch reporting
    • Manage and coordinate projects on budget, resources and timeline

  • GTM process 
    • Support the team with the development of go to market plans aligned to the business priorities, including campaign development, timelines, brand building activations, content creation and production, supporting global distribution needs and 360 distribution plan
    • Evaluate and solve problems that may arise during the realization of a project by providing creative solutions

  • Executional Support 
    • Assist with global assets for new campaign launches (upload to asset platform, etc.)
    • Drive execution of campaigns as the day-to-day project manager, holding various teams accountable for deadlines - including creating marketing briefs, scheduling meetings and capturing meeting notes, facilitating stakeholder approvals
    • Support execution of marketing calendar ensuring it is updated on a consistent basis 
  • Budgets 
    • Assist the Marketing Managers and Director in coordinating the approval processes for brand spending, including but not limited to gathering documentation, media plans, partner co-op advertising plans, and obtaining signatures on necessary documents
    • Raise all POs pertaining to Promotions, update budget when POs raised to track each budget

  • Cross-Functional Support 
    • Assist in the planning and execution of brand trainings and team meetings (new product launches, campaigns)
    • Create presentations for prospective or existing accounts
    • Build decks to recap campaigns - both for internal and external stakeholders - presenting results and insights

About You:  

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus on marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, project management and/or marketing roles, demonstrating a track record of success in these areas
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle urgent matters efficiently across multiple time zones
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on developing and maintaining positive internal and external partnerships
  • Self-starter and highly motivated; Able to work independently, yet collaboratively, with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook or G-Suite platforms; Experience using Asana is a plus 
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, ability to juggle different projects under pressure is key
  • A quality of team work, proactiveness with a can-do, go-getter attitude and attention to detail is critical
  • Must have a passion and drive for the beauty industry

Our Total Rewards: 

The annual base pay for this position is $48,450-$65,550 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
