About the Role: 

OLAPLEX is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our International Marketing Team. This person will play a key role in propelling our EMEA Professional business and assisting all marketing activities across social, digital, trade, campaign and events to amplify our voice and maximize brand recognition. We are looking for a quick learner that shows passion, grit and ambition. 

  • Provide support with planning and executing PRO events (eg. marketing material support) 
  • Brief in asset requests to creative team (eg. salon banners, resizing of visuals for CRM, social, etc) 
  • Manage communication with OLAPLEX distributors [asset requests, mkt planning etc]
  • Manage communication with external agencies [Visual Merchandising, Media etc]
  • Create marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders 
  • Provide support with project management of Visual Merchandise updates and planogram requests 
  • Order samples/comps as required for various marketing purposes and be responsible for the sample tracker 
  • Support on budget management, ensuring suppliers are paid on time and budget tracker is up to date
  • Responsible for store/salon and competitor visits and reviewing findings and sharing in the feedback documents 
  • Organize all documents on internal platforms; ensuring all key assets are shared from global onto the wider teams  

About You:  

  • Undergraduate degree 
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in the consumer industry is preferred, with passion for beauty being a must
  • Experience working with a distributor model is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an ever-changing and dynamic company
  • Not be afraid of the unknown. Able to transform ambiguity into clear actions
  • Highly collaborative across multiple departments and projects 
  • Strong presentation skills & creative flair. Knowledge of Office Suite and/or Google Suite
  • Strong communicator, both oral and written 
  • Based in or around London, with the ability to travel to and within London for site visits/special events, as needed
