Jon Casey

Jon Casey has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Jon started their career as a Managing Partner at Long Horn Steakhouse in 2002 and worked there until 2006. Following that, they served as the General Manager at Cracker Barrel from 2006 to 2010. In 2002, Jon also worked as a Consultant and Director of Operations at Gilmore Development until 2011. From 2011 to present, they are the Proprietor of their own company, Casey's Pelican Properties LLC. Since 2012, Jon has also been the Director of Franchise Operations at Old Carolina Barbecue Company, where they oversee existing stores, leads new store openings, and is responsible for training and development.

Jon Casey attended Ohio University from 1969 to 1972, although it is uncertain if they obtained a degree or studied a specific field during this time. In 1977, they enrolled at Eastern Michigan University and completed a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science in 1978.
