Hamza Demirel

Hamza Demirel currently serves as a Lead Consultant at Forvis Mazars US since June 2024 and previously held the role of Senior Consultant at Mazars in the US from February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a SOC Analyst and Cyber Security Consultant at Mazars, following a tenure at SageNet as a Cyber Security Analyst II. Additionally, Hamza Demirel is an Adjunct Faculty member at Old Dominion University and has held research positions at both Princeton University and Old Dominion University. A former Military Officer in the Army from August 1997 to August 2019, education includes a Master of Science in Security from the Army War College and an internship in Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy at the National Defense University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from a Military Academy.
