Thomas Keenan has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Thomas began their career as a Waiter at The d hotel in 2007 and then worked as an Event Coordinator at Taste of Dublin from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they interned at The Merrion Hotel. Thomas joined Old Edwards Inn and Spa in 2009, where they held various roles such as F&B Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager. Thomas also interned at the same company in 2009. In 2013, Thomas worked as a Conference & Banqueting Assistant Manager at Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express, Northwood, Dublin, before becoming the Food & Beverage Director and later the Director of Operations at Old Edwards Hospitality Group in 2022.
Thomas Keenan attended St. Oliver's CC from 1997 to 2003. Thomas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from Dundalk Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
