Aneesh S.

Aneesh S. is a software engineer with extensive experience in high-performance computing and system optimization. Currently serving as a Bit Twiddler at Old Mission since April 2022, Aneesh specializes in low-latency C++ programming, SIMD acceleration, and lock-free programming for high-volume trading engines. Previous experience includes a role at Waymo, where Aneesh contributed to significant cost savings in simulations and received four peer bonuses for technical excellence. As Vice President of Technology at UTD Blockchain and Cryptographic Systems, Aneesh founded a mentorship program for computer science students. Additional internships at Amazon Web Services and Intel Corporation involved developing data querying services and optimizing code for performance, respectively. Aneesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
