Khotso Tsotsotso

Khotso Tsotsotso is a seasoned professional in the field of education management and monitoring, evaluation, and research (MERL). Currently serving as the Senior Education Manager at Old Mutual Limited since January 2023, Khotso oversees the foundation's education portfolio. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning at Data Innovators and M&E Manager at New Leaders Foundation, where responsibilities involved building and strengthening M&E frameworks for educational programs and providing technical advice. Prior to these positions, Khotso worked as an Acting Senior M&E Technical Specialist at the University of the Witwatersrand, focusing on evaluation studies and strategic partnerships. Khotso Tsotsotso holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Cape Town, a Management Diploma from GIBS Business School, a Master's degree in Evaluation from Universität des Saarlandes, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Behavior Studies at GIBS Business School.
