Cassie Nelson

Cassie Nelson is an experienced executive recruiter specializing in the wealth management sector. Currently serving as Lead Executive Recruiter for Old National Bank since June 2021, Cassie supports the bank's wealth management business and contributes to the expansion of the 1834 brand. Prior to this role, Cassie worked at TCF Bank, where responsibilities included developing a four-phase executive recruiting strategy for national banking and leading recruitment efforts across various business lines. Cassie's previous experience encompasses senior recruitment at U.S. Bank, executive recruitment at Hirenomics, and sales recruitment at Life Time, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Metro State University.
