Emma Kasiga

Emma Kasiga, MBA, currently serves as the Community Lending Market Executive, VP at Old National Bank, leading initiatives for the Expanded Community Lending Program focused on underserved communities in the Twin Cities Metro area. Prior to this role, Kasiga held the position of Senior Loan Officer at Meda, where responsibilities included managing lending activities and promoting technical assistance. With experience as a Senior Loan Officer at the State of Minnesota's Department of Employment and Economic Development, as well as Program Manager at the African Development Center, Kasiga has developed financing programs and supported business owners in achieving financial stability. Additional experience includes consulting for small business startups and serving as a Financial Advisor. Kasiga holds an MBA in International Finance from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Waldorf University.
