George Lance

George Lance is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as the Rewards and Talent Strategy Director at Old National Bank since February 2005, George has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Rewards and Training Director and Compensation and Benefits Manager, overseeing HR functions for over 400 associates across various business units. Prior to Old National Bank, George was the Regional Human Resources Leader at NPC International, managing HR for a four-state region with approximately 1,300 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as the Recruiting Manager at RSC The Quality Measurement Company, where management of recruitment and employee retention efforts was a key focus. George holds a B.A. in Psychology from Ball State University.
