George Lance is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as the Rewards and Talent Strategy Director at Old National Bank since February 2005, George has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Rewards and Training Director and Compensation and Benefits Manager, overseeing HR functions for over 400 associates across various business units.
