Karen Holmer

Karen Holmer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Talent Support Specialist II at Old National Bank since February 2022, Karen collaborates with a Shared Services group to support over 4,000 employees post-merger. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Coordinator II and Human Resources Coordinator at First Midwest Bank, where support was provided to 2,400 employees through efficient, high-quality HR services. Earlier roles at Market Day LLC/Gordon Food Service and United Airlines contributed to a robust background in payroll coordination, customer service, and administrative support.
