Steve Dobin

Steve Dobin is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in mortgage banking. Currently serving as the Chief Mortgage Officer at First Bank & Trust since August 2022, Steve has previously held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Mortgage Banking Manager at Old National Bank from December 2015 to August 2022, and Mortgage Sales Manager at Anchor Bank. Steve's career in mortgage sales began at US Bank, where the individual worked as a Mortgage Sales Manager and Senior Mortgage Loan Originator. Steve holds a Financial Educator Certification from the University of Minnesota and a BAS in Management and Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
