Chance Perkins

Chance Perkins is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in title insurance and underwriting. Currently serving as Texas Direct Operations Senior Counsel at Old Republic Title since December 2021, Chance also holds the position of Underwriting Counsel for the Houston Division. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President-Underwriting Counsel at First National Title Insurance Company, Title Attorney/Texas Underwriting Counsel at AmTrust Title, and Attorney at Frontier Title. Chance's expertise encompasses creating and drafting underwriting guidelines, providing underwriting support, and conducting title examinations. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science/Pre-Law from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
