Hannah Smart

Hannah Smart has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Hannah began their career in 2006 at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they held various roles within the company. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Branch Manager, successfully launching a new banking center and leading the branch team to achieve profitable results. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Business Banker, working closely with business owners to optimize their cash flow and drive growth in their businesses. As a Regional field trainer for business banking from 2011 to 2012, Hannah was responsible for teaching and developing the skills of Business Bankers and Small Business Specialists. In 2012, they took on the role of Business Relationship Manager, specializing in cash flow analysis, commercial lending, and efficient money management for business owners. Hannah managed a portfolio of top business customers, fostering business growth by serving as a trusted advisor. Hannah'slast role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. was as a Branch Manager from 2016 to 2019. In this position, they oversaw the success of the entire branch team, creating individual career plans, coaching staff, and implementing action plans to drive success. Currently, Hannah is working at Old Second National Bank as a Senior Retail Learning Specialist, a role they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Retail Training Specialist at the same company since July 2019.

Hannah Smart attended The University of Akron from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Hannah'sfield of study consisted of Public Relations, Business and Organizational Communications, with a Minor in Cultural Anthropology.
