Josh Arntzen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josh started their career in 1997 as a Vice President and Regional Sales Manager at Old Second National Bank, where they focused on enhancing the bank's profile in the community and building brand acceptance. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Vice President and Regional Sales Manager at THE National Bank, where they maximized retail sales performance and maintained accountability for business results within the assigned region.

In 2009, Josh became the owner of Fortress Home Services, where they specialized in small business development and new business marketing. Josh also performed construction draw inspections for local banks as a licensed home inspector. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Sales Manager at Sterling Jewelers, where they successfully increased store sales production and improved profit margins.

Josh joined Manpower in 2011 as a Branch Manager, implementing and monitoring corporate service standards for all services rendered.
