Liliana Muro

Liliana Muro has a diverse work experience in the banking and credit union industry. Liliana started their career at EarthMover Credit Union in 2003 as a Teller. In 2008, they transitioned to Old Second National Bank, where they worked as a Personal Banker before moving on to roles as a Helpdesk Technician and Human Resource Generalist. In 2012, they became a Senior Human Resource Generalist at the same bank, and in 2013, they joined Marquette Bank as an HR Officer, Senior Generalist, and Operations Manager. Returning to Old Second National Bank in 2015, Liliana held the positions of Senior Human Resource Generalist and HR Employee Services and Recruiting Manager, the latter being their current role. Liliana briefly worked as a Sr. HR Generalist in 2016 before resuming their current position.

Liliana Muro obtained their Associates in Science degree in Business from Waubonsee Community College in 2005. Liliana then went on to pursue a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, completing it in 2008. Afterward, they decided to further their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management at Aurora University, where they are currently enrolled.
