Bobby Ireland

Bobby Ireland is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the field. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope since May 2024, Bobby has previously held significant positions, including Senior Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Varis from August 2022 to July 2024, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Boyd Corp from March 2019 to August 2022. Notably, Bobby spent over eight years at Honeywell in various vice-presidential roles, leading human resources for divisions such as Aerospace and Defense and Space. Bobby’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kalamazoo College.
